Yes — absolutely. Our instructors are great at adapting every reformer class so all levels feel supported and challenged in a way that suits them.

Comfortable active wear is advised.  Pilates grip socks are compulsory for health and safety and hygiene purposes.  Pilates socks are available to purchase at the studio.

Yes, there are two changing rooms at the studio.

There is onsite parking, just make sure to enter your registration on arrival.  If the car park is full there is free on road parking and a paid car park opposite the studio.

Before attending, please ensure to fill out the waiver and PAR-Q.  Please ensure to arrive to your first class 10 minutes for your induction. Failure to take part in the induction may result in you not being able to partake in the class.

To help us start on time we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class to ensure smooth running.  For the safety and focus of everyone, studio doors will be locked at the start of the class.

We totally get that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please let us know at least 6 hours in advance. This way, your Pilates credit will go right back to your account for future use. Cancellations made within 6 hours will result in the credit being used for that session. Thanks for helping us keep classes running smoothly for everyone!

To access the studio there are stairs and a ramp.

There is an onsite toilet to access at the back of the studio.  There aren’t shower facilities at the moment.
