Grace Jones, co-owner of breathe Pilates is passionate about health and well-being and has enjoyed reformer Pilates for many years. Grace believes there is an opportunity to share her passion and increase the awareness about Reformer Pilates in Chesterfield for both men and women of all abilities and age groups.

Phoebe Cruz

Qualified Instructor

Phoebe Cruz also a qualified instructor who is a professional dancer representing England in the world cheerleading championships will join the team. Phoebe is excited to offer matt & reformer sessions as well as leading high intensity stretch sessions to enhance flexibility.
